Sr. HVAC Technician

Synerfac is seeking a Sr. HVAC Technician for our client in Rocky Mount, VA. Our client is a family-owned business that serves Roanoke and the surrounding areas. The Senior Technician works as part of a team having responsibility for completing service calls as assigned in a timely manner while training and developing team members. The service technician is expected to participate in making decisions affecting the work with and through the team leader. This position will supervise the work and performance of a service apprentices as well as assist technicians when necessary. As a Sr. HVAC Technician your responsibilities will include: -Performing HVAC maintenance and repair on light residential projects. -Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions. -Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks to keep HVAC equipment functioning at peak performance. -Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control system components. -Documenting all service and maintenance activities for accurate record-keeping. -Communicating effectively with clients, providing technical information, recommendations, and explanations. Job Requirements -Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC -Experience working with Apprentice HVAC Technicians -Excellent communication skills #ZRNV
