The Role and What You'll Do: We're seeking a dynamic, strategic PR professional to step into a Director of Corporate Communications role within our U.S. communications team and drive success across two of our key clients. The Director will collaborate with our integrated 160over90 client account teams, and with individuals and teams across the wider Endeavor network, to seek out new opportunities for account growth. Our ideal candidate lives and breathes media relations and brings an earned media mindset to everything they do. Strong client and team management skills are a must. This candidate will step into a senior leadership role within our New York office and must have a passion for staff mentorship. Experience across brand communications, thought leadership, executive communications and issues and crisis management is strongly preferred. Beyond PR experience, this role requires a strategic and creative thinker who is adept at leading teams to deliver success in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Leads the strategic direction and delivery of PR plans and campaigns that support clients' business and communications objectives. Builds and maintains strong, enduring relationships with key clients, providing strategic counsel and effectively addressing and anticipating their communication needs. Maintains strong reporter relationships across key media verticals and leverages them to secure earned media coverage and executive interview opportunities. Collaborates closely with our expert social, influencer, sponsorship and experiential specialists on campaigns and projects for key clients. Leads the development of presentations, press releases, recaps, client briefs/POVs and media briefing documents. Collaborates with individuals and teams across the Endeavor business, building a network of contacts to help deliver more value for clients and drive new opportunities. Provides strategic insights for new business responses and expert input on PR and integrated RFPs. Leads high-performing account teams of communications professionals, providing strategic oversight and nurturing talent and ensuring the highest quality of work. Works closely with the Directors, VP and SVPs within the PR & Communications group to support business development and to lead and mentor the wider team. You Have These: Bachelor's degree - Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing preferred At least 7 years of corporate PR experience, either in-house or at an agency Strong client management skills Strong writing skills Proven track record of building and growing strong client and media relationships Strong client presentation development and delivery skills Proven ability to lead an account team(s) on multiple projects simultaneously and drive results Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups We'd Love If You Also Have These: Adaptability: Ability to manage competing demands and deal with frequent change. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings. Hiring Range Minimum: $106,500 annually Hiring Range Maximum: $142,000 annually
