Please apply here: Position Overview: The Food and Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, comp. services, and meeting and events facilities ensuring high standards of customer service, efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Leads the planning, organization, and execution of all food and beverage services. Ensure that all food and beverage outlets are properly staffed and equipped to meet customer demand. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to ensure seamless service delivery. Staff Management: Oversees recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage service staff. Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff to improve service standards. Address any staff issues or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. Inventory and Cost Control: Manages the food and beverage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Monitor costs and expenses related to food and beverage operations. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service standards. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Implement and enforce hygiene standards and procedures for food handling and storage. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any health or safety hazards. Sales and Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote food and beverage services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, menus, and special offers. Monitor sales performance and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Event Management: Coordinate with event planners and clients to organize and execute special events, banquets, and functions. Ensure that all event requirements are met, including food and beverage selections, setup, and staffing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques and industry trends. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
