Our client is a leader in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, providing comprehensive solutions to a diverse range of commercial clients. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Manager. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development - - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical markets. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Client Relationship Management - - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Product Knowledge and Consultation - - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical products and services. - Provide technical guidance and support to clients, helping them choose the right solutions for their needs. - Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies. Sales Negotiation and Closing - - Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. - Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals effectively. - Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures. Collaboration and Coordination - - Work closely with internal teams, including estimation, project coordination, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Documentation - - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. - Monitor and report on market and competitor activities. Job Requirements Key Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly within the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. - Strong understanding of technical aspects related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. - Exceptional customer relationship management skills. - Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. - Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities. - Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Outstanding time management and organizational skills. - Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary to meet client needs and achieve sales targets. - Availability to travel frequently to client sites, industry events, and company meetings. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the commercial HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
