Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to join their leadership team and drive our product strategy forward. As a key member of executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring payment processing solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company's vision and business objectives Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement product roadmaps that drive growth and market leadership Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams Oversee the development and launch of new payment processing products and features Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide decision-making Represent the company as a thought leader in the payment processing industry at conferences and events Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards in the fintech and payments space Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Payment processing or gaming experience is a highly desired Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative payment processing or gaming products Deep understanding of the payments industry, including emerging technologies and regulatory landscape Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Experience in Agile methodologies and product development best practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience with payment gateways, merchant services, or other gaming technology products Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and other relevant security standards Familiarity with business environment and payment processing ecosystem Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional development opportunities and industry conference attendance Dynamic and innovative work environment in the heart of Las Vegas Moneyline Group LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
