At Burlington Stores, the Logistics Flow Data Analyst, reporting directly to the VP of Logistics Flow & Systems, will play a key role in collaborating with partners across Supply Chain and other functional areas to generate essential data that supports our business goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our Logistics Flow systems and data structures.The Analyst will be instrumental in utilizing their expertise with various systems to extract and analyze data, creating reports that meet business needs. Responsibilities include conducting initial reviews of production reports to ensure their accuracy and reliability, and proactively investigating and addressing any issues related to data integrity.The ideal candidate will be adept at handling ad-hoc reporting requests with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong proficiency in SQL or similar query-building tools, and possessing a solid understanding of supply chain processes. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on problem-solving and ensuring the integrity of critical business Day In The Life:Work with users within the Logistics Flow & Systems area to create, modify, test, and publish reports and analyses. Using reporting tools like MS PowerBI, work will include report design, testing and prototyping and working with user through sign-off and implementationReview existing reporting for reasonableness and accuracy. Identify potential issues and work towards resolution before reports are distributed. Takes ownership over the quality of data produced and takes initiative to recommend problem resolutions.Partner with Logistics Flow & Systems leaders to gain strong understanding of relevant systems and processes. Leverage familiarity with data and reporting to provide suggestions for process or system changes and enhancements.Support end-to-end work/project management for all requests by setting up meetings with appropriate stakeholders and customersReassess current work for opportunities for improvement in efficiency and accuracy.Provide support for ad-hoc projects, by building queries and creating data sets. Ensures ad-hoc data is consistent with business processes.You'll Come With:3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or LogisticsBachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Administration or similar field of study or relevant work experience.Significant training and experience with various areas of data mining / reporting, as well as a general understanding of Supply Chain business processes. Strong SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel/Access) experience is required. Certification in MS PowerBI and Visual Basic is a e join our team.
