Maintenance Technician

Job Type Full-time Description Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians We are seeking an Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 + years experience in Industrial Mechanics and/or Industrial Electrical fields. They will be eager and willing to continue to grow their career in the field of industrial maintenance by expanding their skillsets to help continue to ensure the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery. Requirements Job Responsibilities and Requirements Proven experience in industrial electrical and mechanical. Willing to learn and improve on mechanical and electrical skills for continued career growth. Welding skills strongly preferred. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Perform maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery. Routine and preventive repairs on machinery and parts. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills Follow safety procedures and guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Must be able to work overtime and be able to work at other Madison plants if needed. Must be able to report to work if called for emergency work or shift coverage if needed. Furnish own tools (Tool allowance after probationary period.) Basic computer skills required. Physical Requirements Able to lift 50 lbs or more. Comfortable with climbing and working at heights. Able to work in dirty, hot, and cold conditions. Benefits and Pay Hourly pay plus incentives. Please note, pay rate depends on experience and skills. Certifications, official training, and relevant experience may affect starting pay. A full benefits package is available after 60 days of employment. Work Schedule 2-2-3 Schedule, 12 hour shifts with overtime as needed.
