About the Role: As the Continuous Improvement Leader at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our global supply chain operations. You will be responsible for driving supply chain excellence through strategic process improvements, lean methodologies, technology roadmaps, and data-driven decision making. You will optimize supply chain operations, enhance internal stakeholders and customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities: Analyze and improve supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, etc.) by developing and executing transformational strategies aligned with organizational goals. Implement Lean principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) across all supply chain functions to identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain KPIs to measure supply chain performance. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes. Create actionable insights to inform supply chain strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, data center operations, engineering, etc.) to execute projects and actions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and idea generation. Communicate improvement initiatives and results to senior leadership and stakeholders. Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and ROI. Develop business cases and proposals to secure resources and funding. Monitor and report project progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier performance, global events, inventory management, etc.) Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement leadership, Supply Chain management or related role. Proven experience in driving supply chain improvements and cost savings. Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, Lean methodologies, and data analysis and problem solving tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred). Experience in the High Performance Compute sector is a plus. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000-$135,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
