We put you first: Profit sharing plan, Telemedicine, Group insurance and 401K with company contributions Annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Salary range for Maintenance Planner (Electrical) between $60,000 and $90,000 USD annually At our facility in Ashland you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group as the Maintenance Planner (Electrical) : Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all electrical systems and equipment Create, prioritize, and manage work orders for electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion Coordinate with maintenance technicians and other staff to allocate resources effectively and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials Support with the preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical equipment. Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inspection reports Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall manufacturing operations. Participate in the annual action planning process and budget development. Develop and mentor E&I team in Safe Work and Environmental Practices adherent to OSHA Standards. Ensure monitoring of the OHS risks identified in your department Bring out the best in yourself! You too, put forward your strengths: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices. Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
