Construction Project Manager Estimator

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with Estimating experience. We need someone with a strong Civil Construction background, Earthworks and Utility Construction experience, Estimating large and small municipal and Commercial Construction projects. What You will do as a Construction Project Manager/Estimator: •Civil construction, dirt work/Earthworks projects, surface, man hours, concrete estimating knowledge •Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to projects •Review specifications, drawings to determine scope of work and estimate •Preparation of bid schedules of projects being estimated •Estimate civil projects throughout several States •Make recommendations based on cost, engineering quality and material availability What You will Need a Construction Project Manager/Estimator: •5 or more years of relevant experience •Experience in Civil Construction •Utilities Construction •Strong Project Management experience •Construction Estimating experience is a requirement •HCSS or B2W software knowledge a plus If you are an experienced Construction Estimator with Project Management experience, please apply today!
