Role Summary: The People Operations Coordinator supports the People team in managing day-to-day operations, including orientation facilitation, employee engagement initiatives and budget management. This role facilitates communication across departments, assists with compliance and reporting, and helps implement programs that enhance employee experience. Key Qualifications: Required Qualifications: 6 - 12 months of Human Resources experience Bachelor's Degree Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Role Description: Partner with AVP, People Operations on managing People team non-payroll budget and ensuring teams have visibility into their spend Manage ordering and distributing of labor posters, ensuring all locations receive what needs to be posted in a timely manner Manage orientation calendar and distribution of Saks Global swag Provide support to the Employer Branding Specialist for annual recognition events Provide administrative support to the People Operations Manager on immigration matters (hanging of required notices, maintaining of employee files, etc.) Distribute People team mail Maintain People team intranet page and regularly refresh with new and updated resources Provide recommendations and facilitate decisions for employee relief funds Provide ad hoc reporting and project management support as needed Your Life and Career at Saks: Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities A culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling work/life balance Benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental).
