ENDEAVOR STREAMING We are one of the leading global sport and entertainment streaming providers specializing in the broadcasting, distribution and monetization of live and on-demand digital content to any device imaginable. ACCOUNTING MANAGER This role supports the VP, Segment Controller, in managing all aspects of the financial reporting and control of the Endeavor Streaming business. This role will work closely with the operational business and collaborate with the wider finance network (both in the US and outside of US). RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct monthly/quarterly close process, accruals, journal entries and inter-company journal entries. Prepare monthly B/S and P/L variance analysis and related supporting schedules. Prepare all B/S reconciliations. Collaborate with shared service center in India with regards to accounts payable, accounts receivable and transactional management accounting Prepare weekly cashflow forecasting submissions, obtain payment approvals, set up wires and make sure payments are processed in a timely matter. Prepare quarterly commission payment calculation for review and approval. Conduct monthly customer settlements. Review new customer agreements to determine billable items and proper revenue recognition. Make sure invoices created for all fixed and variable fees are accurate and done on time. Perform and comply with internal controls and policies to ensure conformance and compliance with internal financial controls, Sarbanes-Oxley and other statutory requirements. Support the Segment Controller and local teams with the year-end and interim audits as well as the preparation of the statutory accounts. Work closely with intercompany team to ensure inter-company balances match and resolve issue proactively. Assist with any projects and additional ad hoc requests. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 8+ experience. Strong track record in delivering to tight deadlines and leading by example Solution orientated attitude and 'can-do' spirit Pro-active and self-motivated individual, able to drive continuous improvement Recent SaaS General Ledger experience - SAP strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Ability to partner with and support other functions (i.e tax, legal, compliance) and operate in a diverse, global environment Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum: $82,500 annually Hiring Range Maximum: $110,000 annually
