Senior Director, Revenue Cycle

Job Details Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital is actively seeking a highly skilled leader to join their team in the beautiful city of Brockton, MA as their next Senior Director, Revenue Cycle! The Position The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee and support all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations at Signature Healthcare. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will oversee three to five direct reports and approximately 100 FTEs This leader will have oversight of Billing, HIM/Medical Records/Coding, Clinical Documentation, Patient Access, Financial Integrity, Customer Service & Cash Applications. This leader will be responsible for establishing KPIs and enhancing the use of dashboards to increase transparency in performance measurement. They will focus on reducing claim denials and, once aligned with the organization, will set clear goals and a vision for the department's future direction. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, collaborative, and passionate leader with strong mentoring abilities. They should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to think strategically and innovatively. Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. Prior experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management is required experience in Medical Group settings is highly preferred.
