In this role, you will oversee federal and state tax work, with a heavy focus on compliance and provision. Key Responsibilities: Aid in the preparation and filing of income tax returns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic income tax processes, and provide insight on relevant changes. Facilitate federal and state tax audits. Respond to necessary tax notices. Assist with SOX documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of relative tax experience. Public accounting experience preferred.
