The Senior Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability and while complying with our Safety/Zero Harm culture. Essential Functions Project Financial Responsibilities Preconstruction Services Project Start-up and Scheduling Project Administration, Coordination, and Close-out Promote Customer Relations Promote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development Minimum Requirements B.S. (Construction Management degrees preferred) 5+ years of prior commercial construction Project Engineer experience. Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook) Preferred Experience RFI Change orders Submittals Punch-list Assisting with sub-contractor meeting minutes The base compensation range for the role of Senior Project Engineerin Seattle, WA posted above is $85,000 to $110,000 annually.
