A North Carolina-based healthcare network is currently seeking a licensed professional to join their staff in Charlotte as their new Molecular Supervisor. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 2pm to 10:30pm Responsibilities: The Molecular Supervisor will be responsible for: Overseeing the technical operations of the specific laboratory section Ensuring that all procedures are performed as defined in section policy and procedure Acting as the Supervisor over the specific assigned clinical area. Assisting and supporting the Lab Director/Manager Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a Charge and/or Lead role in a Laboratory environment Bachelor's Degree ASCP MLS or Micro ASPC certification Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
