The Manager, Digital Operations leads technology implementations for all digital initiatives, maintains data integrity, and measures performance for current digital platforms, including managing the execution, optimization, and performance of donation and email campaigns across various digital platforms. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in digital platform delivery. The Manager, Digital Operations facilitates internal and external communications between National Hadassah, its regions, groups, and chapters, ensuring consistency in technologies and digital tools. This position requires careful oversight of the myHadassah (intranet and extranet), integrations with the public website () and assistance with change management, customer support, and training as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and other strategic leadership to prioritize deliverables, build timelines, and deliver products to support annual planning goals. Coordinate with Hadassah's IT Department on data security, database and application administration, user roles/permissions/access, etc. Manage relationships with outside vendors, setting priorities for digital deliverables. Initiate new projects based on organizational priorities and needs to advance technology-based communication. Oversee quality assurance procedures to ensure content accuracy and usability, adhering to Hadassah's brand standards. Introduce new and maintain current digital integrations to the national website to advance the organization's mission and engage members, non-members, donors, and potential donors. Implement and integrate third-party donation and eCommerce platforms and continually ensure that systems are up to date. Ensures all digital communications- fundraising forms and emails-conform to the latest digital technologies and Hadassah's requirements Maintain and optimize constituent data in the Marketing Cloud email database. Ensure bi-directional integration with Salesforce (NPSP) core database. Act as leading subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud data, contributing to overall organizational Data Governance. Support Hadassah's Geo Area Offices in implementing Marketing Cloud, maintaining standards for email template building, including provided style and branding guidelines. Supervise two employees in support of Digital Operations functions. Lead meetings and workshops at all levels of the organization. Required Knowledge, Education, Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Computer Science, Marketing or related education preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience managing and developing web-based products (websites and standalone applications). Previous experience managing staff, consultants and/or vendors. Proven experience in managing websites, increasing visitor traffic, and improving usability. In-depth knowledge of website creation, usability, technology, software, and best practices. Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS, experience with API integrations, working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL. Understanding of PC and Mac platforms and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with web development and content management systems; Salesforce Experience Cloud, Springboard, and Blackthorn Events, Webflow experience is a major plus. Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 etc.) and ad platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities. Experienced in social media and multi-channel strategies is a plus. Experience managing email campaigns. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a major plus. Required Skills Comfortable presenting in boardroom meetings and to C-Level executives. Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms are required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to multitask and oversee diverse projects simultaneously.
