Completing each phase of responsibility by knowing, understanding and adhering to all TS16949 standard operating procedures. Notifying designated personnel of any irregularities in materials, process or equipment. Performing each phase of job in full compliance with all company, state and/or federal safety and environmental regulations. This position impacts the significant environment aspects of the ISO14001environmental management system. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision. Working within a team environment. Perform the following under the guidance and/or direction of Group leader or supervision. Operate powered mobile equipment per company standards. Maintain production, maintenance, S.P.C., deviations and other required records and logs, as instructed. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic and power control equipment from schematics, prints, drawings, sketches, verbal instructions, etc. Comply with building and underwriters codes and all national/city/state electrical codes. Determine proper secondary components such as wire size, breakers, switches, insulation, chassis and associated hardware and various commercial catalog items. Operate various types of electrical and electronic measuring and calibration instruments such as meters, lap tops, thermocouples, bridges, chart recorders, thermal vision cameras. Perform all work in a skilled and craftsman like manner; make electronic quality solder joints, connections, terminations, crimps, etc. Protect and mount elements taking care to avoid heat damage and contamination at all times. Perform specified tasks of an Electrician as assigned. Perform other related duties such as predictive maintenance, calibration, adjustments, cleaning of electrical equipment. Instruct, direct and/or provide assistance and guidance to other less experienced personnel in matters pertaining to electrical and/or electronic work. Alert supervision of errors in drawings and specifications. This position may require hot work, standing up to 100%, lifting up to 75 lbs, overhead work, kneeling, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling, climbing, and working at heights.
