Exciting opportunity to join a high functioning marketing operations team to lead global marketing processes, technology management, data analysis, and project coordination, ensuring marketing initiatives achieve peak efficiency and measurable success. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Global Program Manager, Marketing Operations who will play a pivotal role in shaping global reporting, demonstrating marketing ROI, enhancing operational efficiency, and orchestrating Customer Experience (CX) programs by leveraging Net Promoter Score (NPS) data to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based in the newly renovated New York office, you will be the go-to leader for the technology that drives effective marketing campaigns. What You'll Do As a vital member of the Marketing Organization, you'll ensure our strategic goals and customer-centric approach are deeply ingrained across the company. Your expertise in marketing technology and operations will be indispensable at every level. This role is diverse and dynamic, with key responsibilities that include: Strategic Planning and Execution: Spearhead the development and implementation of global software and templates for planning marketing activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency in strategy execution across all markets. Customer Experience (CX) and NPS: Lead the operations of CX strategies designed to capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback across all touchpoints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to launch a global Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, capturing customer insights and tracking key CX metrics, including NPS. Global Sales Alignment: Ensure seamless integration with global sales operations, fostering a unified approach to reporting, CRM data management, customer engagement, and pipeline tracking across all regions. Process Improvement: Continually assess and enhance marketing workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely project delivery. Technology and Tools Management: Oversee the selection, deployment, and use of marketing technology tools and platforms, driving campaign performance and enabling data-driven decision-making. Lead the selection and implementation of software to streamline processes such as content management, social media, campaign planning, PR calendars, and events. Data Analytics and Management: Lead efforts in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities, and guide strategic decisions. Comprehensive Reporting: Oversee the creation and delivery of detailed reports on marketing activities (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Global Leadership in Marketing Operations: Establish a high-performing marketing operations community across the group, ensuring all regions can execute sophisticated marketing strategies with accountability and transparency. Additionally, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration 8+ years of experience in a marketing operations role within a complex and fast-paced business environment A deep understanding of CX principles, customer journey mapping, and VoC methodologies Proven experience managing marketing technology stacks and data analytics platforms Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including reporting, database management, and analysis tools Experience with customer surveys, NPS, and customer satisfaction programs Familiarity with market and customer intelligence software (such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across various regions simultaneously Why Work With Us?
