What This Position Is All About: Saks OFF 5TH is looking for a goal-oriented, digital media professional to help grow the paid search and brand media channels. A successful media coordinator will be responsible for supporting his/her manager in driving the strategic development, budgeting, execution, and measurement of the Saks OFF 5TH paid search and branded campaigns to drive awareness and direct response goals (e.g., traffic, conversion, revenue). The Coordinator is expected to lead day-to-day activities and help facilitate special projects. The Coordinator works hand-in-hand with multiple agencies to ensure appropriate budgeting, pacing, accurate briefing/execution of campaigns, and alignment with Saks OFF 5TH marketing goals and objectives. This position includes working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, and Buying/Merchandising to identify opportunities and guide execution. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree (preferably Marketing, Advertising, or Business) At least 1 year of digital marketing experience (Agency and/or retail experience is a plus) Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving skills An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude Strong interest in retail, e-commerce, and fashion Strategic mindset, highly organized, creative mindset Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads Knowledge of online analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics A s Coordinator, Growth Marketing (Search, Audio + Video), you will: Program Management: Work with Saks OFF 5TH's paid media agency on media plans and campaign support for channels including Google, Bing, Youtube, Connected TV, Audio and brand channels. Responsible for creative requests and program trafficking out to partners in a timely manner Manage external partner relationships + support new partner outreach and communications Proactively monitor performance + support performance improvements and trends while overseeing regular optimizations of campaigns, including creative testing Identify and act on areas of opportunity for the business Regular optimizations of paid campaigns to meet ROAS goals (keyword targeting, landing page, ad copy testing, etc.) Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and site content teams to develop assets and campaigns that support business goals Lead creative briefing and content creation process, share performance updates and learnings to broader marketing teams Consistently challenge yourself and partners by continuing to generate innovative ideas and adapt to the evolving marketplace trends Maintain a test and learn mindset Finance: Daily/monthly invoice management and reconciliation of budgets, ensuring timely payout to our partners Work hand-in-hand with agencies and technology partners to ensure alignment on budget and daily/weekly pacing goals Communicate and collaborate with Finance and accounts payable teams to ensure timely invoicing and billing The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $60,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
