The Accounting Manager/Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, and coordinate and complete annual audits. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. The Accounting Manager/Controller will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
