Seeking a Dynamic HR Director with a proven track record in Operations, Compliance, and Analytics within the Manufacturing industry for a growing national Cabinet Manufacturing company based in South Plain Field, NJ. This is an On-site role with oversight for HR in 5+ locations in multiple states. Our client isa large national Cabinet Manufacturer that continues to grow . We are looking for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP Certification are preferred. Spanish skills are a plus.
