Your Role with the company Lead and grow a supply chain team of 8 to 15 managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and international shipping. Drive supply chain excellence with end-to-end oversight, optimizing inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction. Champion supply chain KPIs and streamline operations through innovative processes. Play a vital role in acquisitions, budget planning, and contract management. Reports to C level executive Background Profile: 8+ years in supply chain and 5+ in leadership. Proven success in supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost reduction. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, FDA, ISO-9000, etc., Strategic sourcing methodologies, contract negotiation expertise and project management. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. BS Degree Salary: 145-155K plus Bonus Travel: ~25% Remote: NO Relocation: Yes Location: Easton, PA
