The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Assistant to join their growing team in Monsey, NY. Responsibilities: Receive and handle calls from clients, process customer service requests, and service accounts for the Producer as needed. Provide administrative support to Insurance Producers and Account Managers on a daily basis. Collect new account information and enter it into our Agency Management System. Follow up with clients and insurance companies on proposals and quotes, providing additional information as required. Manage numerous requests throughout the workday and follow directions closely with minimal supervision. Perform basic administrative tasks such as typing, data entry, and other computer skills. Organize tasks and maintain effective communication both in person and over the phone Requirements: Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Fluency in English. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic proficiency in typing and computer skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently
