Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information. Performs walk around with customer noting any damage and advises on any needed up sells. Creates clear, concise, and accurate repair orders regarding customer vehicle problems. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day, and timely informs the customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed, and additional work and authorization is noted. Explains completed work and all charges to customers. Discuss upcoming Factory Surveys and schedules the next service appointment. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process. Manages repair order documentation to ensure full compliance with TMS, CAT and TSS policies and procedures. Requirements: Career-minded individual with ability to build long-lasting relationships. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday. Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objectives. Quality customer service skills. Good sales track record. Strong communication skills. Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic. Computer literate and basic math skills.
