Accounting Associate

What You Will Be Responsible for While in This Position: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions and payments, including the daily performance of reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transaction processing. Duties will include sales tax reporting, preparation of bank deposits, and maintenance of financial records, including the registration/renewals of company vehicle administration. We Seek a Candidate with the Following Background: Knowledge and Abilities: The successful candidate will possess an associate's degree in accounting or finance with 2-5 years' experience in an accounting department environment. Candidates not possessing a formal degree should have 8-10 years' bookkeeping experience with an experience emphasis on Accounts Payable principles. Advance skills in Excel software are a must. The successful candidate will also display the ability to grow in the job, while possessing team working skills and strong communications.
