Responsibilities: Enterprise Systems Management Ensure optimization of the enterprise system (RealPage/OneSite) including all peripheral integrations Responsible for management of the technical relationship with RealPage, while working with the AION Management operations team to ensure coordination of all systems needs and requirements Ensure there is a full, functional and managed support network via help desk systems internally and externally as needed Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance, implementation, and design of robust and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and infrastructure components. Provide internal tech support functions via help desk function. Ensure there is adequate support for all site-based systems and technology infrastructure (including telecom, A/V, etc.) Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. Identify opportunities for technological innovation to improve business processes and enhance competitiveness. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize IT initiatives and allocate resources effectively. Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect company data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks. Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize security risks. Data Management and Analytics: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to extract valuable insights that drive informed decision-making and business growth. Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems, streamline workflows, and drive innovation across the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging experimentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration. Champion digital literacy and technological innovation among employees to enhance productivity and adaptability in the digital age. Vendor Management and Partnerships: Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements are met. Evaluate potential technology partnerships and alliances to leverage external expertise, access new markets, and accelerate innovation initiatives, and to provide best in class solutions and alternates for our teams. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review and negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, and service arrangements. Risk Management: Proficiency in assessing and mitigating IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and compliance issues, to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation. Vendor Management: Ability to evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors, outsourcing partners, and service providers to ensure optimal delivery of IT services and solutions. Change Management: Experience in leading organizational change initiatives, driving adoption of new technologies, and managing resistance to change among stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influence decision-making, and build consensus across departments. Strategic Partnerships: Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, to drive collaboration and achieve common objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a senior IT leadership role, with a track record of success in strategic planning, technology management, and organizational transformation. Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and digital transformation. Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and projects to deliver results on time and within budget. Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships. Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IT governance, compliance, and security. Knowledge of RealPage and its multifamily suite of products is a plus. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
