Job Type Full-time Description The Commercial HVAC Foreman Installer plays a critical role within the R&R Heating team, responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. This position demands a high level of expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the field, with at least 3 years of direct experience in commercial HVAC installations. We are looking for a leader who is not only technically proficient but also capable of guiding and motivating a team to achieve excellence in every project. Experience with large projects is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to meet or exceed project goals. Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring best practices are followed and addressing any technical challenges that arise. Conduct site evaluations and project feasibility studies, recommending the most effective HVAC solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members, ensuring expectations are aligned and any issues are promptly addressed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and productive work environment. Stay abreast of the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing personal expertise and contributing to the team's professional development. Requirements Qualifications and Education Requirements: (Applications without these requirements will not be contacted) A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, with a strong track record of leading successful projects. Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and energy efficiency practices. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, direct, and support a high-performing installation team. Excellent problem-solving abilities, focusing on innovative and efficient solutions to complex challenges. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication, customer service skills, and professional demeanor in all client interactions. Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology/installation are highly preferred.
