Role: Organizational change management (OCM) in cybersecurity Location: - Louisville KY (Remote) Duration: 6+ Contract Role Job Description - The role is for organizational change management (OCM) in cybersecurity. We oversee rollout of all cyber changes to the org. Critical skills are strategic thinking, OCM core skills, strategic communications, be able to work independently. the candidate should be able to work ET/CT hours It's a true organizational change management role - the person needs to be able to develop OCM strategies and communications like emails, articles, trainings etc. It is not a solely technical role. Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) team is seeking a Senior CyberSecurity Strategy Advancement Professional. The Senior, Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement Professional is responsible for the development, management, and promulgation of the EIP CyberSecurity Strategy. The Senior CyberSecurity Strategy Advancement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Part of EIPs Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will understand change impact on end users, develop change strategies and the tools/techniques required to maximize change adoption. Our team is highly collaborative and moves fast on executing strategies. This capability is in its soft launch phase, and you will have a critical role in its success. This role requires initiative, critical thinking and exemplary communication skills. Job Description The Senior CyberSecurity Strategy Advancement Professional works with EIP Department leaders to design and develop strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives that improve EIP program operations, talent, and associated delivery of technical tools and solutions. Provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address security-related business issues and opportunities. Drives a security-centric culture by applying organizational change management strategies to enable adoption of CyberSecurity strategic priorities and focusing on the people side of change - guiding adoption of changes to processes, systems and technologies. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience • Proficient in OCM frameworks and developing communications • 3 or more years of OCM experience • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving workforce and consumer experiences • Change leadership: demonstrated success promoting change by helping others to change and remove barriers • Consulting skills: able to assimilate business knowledge and knowledge of internal customer's unique needs/situation • Analytical skills: to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements • Influencing Skills: ability to influence others at multiple organizational levels, to lead and work in a team environment; ability to lead collaborative efforts • Strategic communicator: able to simplify the complex with proven experience presenting to top level executives • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Preferred Qualifications • Prosci or other industry leading OCM certification
