In this hybrid role, you'll oversee 3rd party property teams, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and handle loan compliance. You'll also collaborate closely with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Tax, and Finance teams to support key business functions. Salary range of $100K - $125K plus 10-15% bonus.
