Supply Chain Program Manager, Seating & Interiors

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Program Manager to support our development teams and supplier partners in program management of Direct Supply Chain components and materials within the Vehicle Interiors commodity. These could include specific parts related to one of our four automobile programs (Model S, Model X, Model 3, and/or Model Y), as well as future developments. This role will report to our Group Manager and in parallel be an active resource supporting our various Engineering and Purchasing groups within Tesla. They will be a member of our Supply Chain organization supporting the development, implementation, and management of strategies to provide Tesla with optimal supply assurance, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance. This role will leverage strong working relationships with our purchasing & engineering teams to ensure key suppliers are meeting, timing and delivery targets are met while mitigating launch cost. They will work toward good supplier relationships and total costs of ownership to achieve maximum advantage for Tesla and our customers. The successful candidate will be a self-starter; motivated with expert overall Purchasing development. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
