Using your financial and accounting expertise, you will manage and optimize the company's financial health and practices and ensure that the company meets compliance and regulations related to taxes and other financial laws. In this role you will: Oversee the accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Prepare financial statements, including internal and external financial statements Manage and maintain cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of production costs, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments Manage the budget process, including preparing budgets and forecasting Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for cost reduction Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance Manage and develop accounting staff, including hiring, training, and retaining Establish financial policies, procedures, and controls Guide the organization's financial decisions, working with the executive team About You: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of experience a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant accounting standards and requirements Proficient in financial management software Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Teams, and Excel We are continuing to grow and expand the business and it's an exciting time to join the team.
