Warehouse Supervisor

Seal Dynamics LLC is currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse Supervisor for Packaging. This is a supervisory role that reports to the Warehouse Manager. Salary Range: $22/hr -$24/hr. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Overseeing and participating in picking, packing & order processing Supervising 8-10 Team Members Warehouse inspection of parts Maintaining warehouse housekeeping Ensuring product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per FIFO methods Requirements/Experience: Must be extremely detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task Must have an excellent understanding and experience with warehouse systems Ability to read, understand and interoperate written instructions Experience with, and understanding of warehouse inventory transactions Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse. Energetic with team orientated attitude Must have excellent verbal and written communicate skills High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in supervising employees Strong computer skills Aerospace industry experience and ISO experience is helpful Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed) Highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks Minimal Overtime is possible and rare Saturdays No relocation will be offered for this position Seal Dynamics offers growth opportunity, competitive compensation, an excellent 401K plan, and medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
