BMA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert, Senior Lead to support PM TN's mission to develop, deliver and support one tactical network that is resilient, modular, and flexible in design; supportable, trusted by our users and presents a common user experience. The Subject Matter Expert, Senior Lead provides expert technical analyses and advice to support management, organizational and business decisions. Participates in collaborative events (meetings, working groups, etc.) and other customer engagements offering subject matter expertise to assist in solving complex problems in technical areas, including but not limited to science, logistics, asset management, and risk. Additionally, the Subject Matter Expert, Senior Lead conducts site visits, investigations, and studies to gather information; prepares reports, presentations and papers to document findings, opinions and recommendations; trains junior-level personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work; and leads teams in accomplishing tasks. Clearance Requirements There is a DoD Secret clearance requirement for this role. Required Skills & Certifications • Bachelor's from an accredited academic institution • Military Educational Level (MEL) - 4, Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent. • 6+ years' experience in planning, directing, coordinating, managing, and supporting projects of similar scope and complexity. • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2 certification, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. • Demonstrated experience managing 10 or more employees. • Demonstrated experience collaborating on studies and analysis. Desired Skills & Certifications • Master's from an accredited academic institution. • MEL-1, Senior Service College or equivalent. • Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
