Paralegal (Workers' Compensation)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Paralegal, for a permanent opportunity, working in an office, for a company on the Southside of Richmond, Virginia. Duties include supporting a partner with preparing legal documents, reviewing and summarizing reports and case material, hearing and trial preparation, maintaining calendar, responding to calls and emails and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of workers compensation experience, strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office and TABS is a plus, knowledge of legal terminology, able to multi-task, fast and accurate typing skills and reliable. Permanent Salary Range: $50K to $70K Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, 401K, paid time off, EAP, LTD and more. MUST pass a criminal background.
