Together with their supporters, they're helping children reach their full potential in school and in life. Our client is seeking a Partnerships Campaign Manager for their Global Center. The Partnerships Campaign Manager will: Guide and accelerate the execution of the Global Center's content strategy in collaboration with their global partners and vendors to co-create culturally appropriate communications and public education campaigns. They will be adept at forging relationships with grassroots and community organizations and have experience establishing partnerships internationally, particularly with youth organizations. They will also be able to identify new opportunities for community engagement, including recruiting campaign ambassadors. Organize multimedia content, develop, and manage the content calendar, and plan and coordinate multimedia production in consultation with the Program Director for Public Awareness and Engagement and the Editorial and Digital content teams. Be responsible for quality control and timely execution multimedia projects. This role demands a high degree of initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Reporting to Program Director of Public Awareness and Engagement this is an exempt full-time, hybrid/fully on-site (minimum 3 days in office) position located in their NYC headquarters office. This role will require up to 25% domestic and international travel. Responsibilities: Serve as the Global Center's subject matter expert on multimedia content and multimedia production. Execute the vision for the Global Center's multimedia strategy for the Global Center's websites in the US, Greece, South Africa, and Brazil, partnering closely with Marketing and Communications leadership to ensure their style guidelines are maintained. Co-create country-specific communications campaigns with their global partners. Work closely with the Global Center's youth advisory groups to co-create original multimedia content. Identify and vet global media partners and vendors to support selection and contract creation with the Program Director for Public Awareness and Engagement. Identify and partner with influencers in countries where the Global Center operates. Manage and triage all aspects of multimedia projects for the Global Center from concept development through post-production and delivery, including vendor communications, talent prep, stakeholder approval process. Partner with the Social Media Manager and Web Producer to publish and optimize videos as needed for greater visibility/ search traffic. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure all work stays on schedule and within budget, providing summary reports to the Program Director for Public Awareness and Engagement Monitor engagement and report on video insights and analytics on a per project cadence. Qualifications: BA/ BFA degree in communications, marketing, film and video, or related field. At least 5 years of international experience in video production at a creative agency or within a video production environment, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience working in youth engagement or youth advocacy with explicit experience working with children and/or adolescents outside of the US. Experience producing mental health video content and public education content. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Must be comfortable working on projects with limited budgets, as well large-scale productions with significant resources. Knowledge of digital media formats, sizes, metadata, file conversion. Knowledge of YouTube and video optimization strategies. Excellent project management skills, organization, planning, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities. Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
