Associate Attorney

KTMC seeks an exceptional Associate Attorney for the Radnor office. Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact and liaison with litigation team for individual clients in class action cases Draft legal memoranda concerning class action cases Track and monitor shareholder class action cases for clients and team Assist with the management of clerical staff to ensure support work is completed promptly and correctly Work among a small team of prestigious attorneys Responsibilities: 0-4 years complex litigation experience preferred; class action experience a plus Must have excellent credentials and writing ability Must have ability to work with minimum oversight; creative thinking encouraged Must be able to work cooperatively and collaboratively Ability to work in a professional manner and manage fast-paced environment with a consistently calm, positive demeanor Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook BAR requirements: Pennsylvania BAR Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
