About the role The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving Vcheck's marketing strategy, with a focus on operations, advertising, and campaign execution. This role will require a deep understanding of modern marketing best practices and a proven ability to leverage technology to drive results. The ideal candidate will have experience in various marketing disciplines, including marketing operations, campaign management, and sales enablement. They will also be responsible for overseeing a small team of marketing professionals. What you'll be doing Oversee and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Vcheck's marketing processes, including data management, analytics, and technology. Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels, from email and social media to content marketing and events. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver marketing materials, resources, and training that support their sales efforts. Organize and execute client events, conferences, and webinars. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with Vcheck's target audience and drive brand awareness. Develop and implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies to attract and convert potential customers. Utilize and own HubSpot to manage and optimize marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and streamline workflows. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Performs other duties as assigned About you Key requirements: We're looking for someone who is passionate about joining a diverse team and is driven to achieve results through ownership, process optimization, and upstanding character. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, tactics, and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales enablement and collaboration with sales teams. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. Experience with event planning and execution. Strong understanding of advertising principles and best practices.
