Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental, Bronx, NYA Branch of PETIT FORESTIER GROUP, Global Leader in Refrigerated Fleet MarketMendon Truck Leasing and Rental is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to manage client relations and service administration at our Hunts Point, Bronx location. If interested, please let us know if the Brooklyn location may also be an option for you.ResponsibilitiesManage and track all leased and rental trucks for accountability and billing.Maintain and update our fleet management system (IGLOO) with current data.Perform daily yard checks, verifying mileage and unit inspections.Review rental agreements, updating mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle location.Document and report unit conditions upon return, addressing fuel and damage issues with management.Schedule regular vehicle maintenance, including annual inspections.Respond to unscheduled vehicle repairs, generating Repair Orders (RO) in CDK.Add parts or service costs to RO for billing in CDK.Answer client inquiries regarding repairs and communicate repair estimates.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.Background in SalesLeasing.Experience in AssetInventory Management.Strong communication skills.Job DetailsLocation: 840 Garrison Avenue, Bronx, NY 10474Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to FridayPay: $24.04 - $28.50hour ($50,000 - $60,000year)Benefits401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceSick and Vacation Time OffObservance of Federal Holidays
