I am currently working with a highly reputable AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in commercial litigation to join their Pittsburgh office.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients with general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions. Organize, conduct and manage the discovery practice, including e-discovery.Extensive client contact and engagement with litigation teams on complex cases.Assisting in all aspects of strategy, development, and preparation for hearings, agency tribunal proceedings, and participation in trials.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.Admission to the state bar of Pennsylvania.3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
