Position Title: Project Crew Full-time and part-time positions available. Position Summary: Works with the Project Crew to complete special projects, as assigned, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, deep cleans, post-construction cleans, etc. Works as a team to ensure quality customer service and a professional finished product. Responsibilities: Ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule, Completes assignments on task schedules specific to individual accounts in a timely manner, Works with the Cleaning Supervisor to complete assigned workload and receive constructive work performance feedback, Performs all tasks assigned on shifts and makes necessary adjustments in case of call offs or no shows, Reports any customer complaints and requests to the Project Crew Supervisor in a timely manner, Follows compliance with safety and OSHA regulations as projects are completed, Uses proper PPE where required, Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security systems as required, Performs other duties as required. Physical Demands and Qualifications: Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs. Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a floor tech is highly desired but not required• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
