We are currently looking to add an experienced RN to help us continue to grow and expand our services. Responsibilities Prepare patients for examination, and record patients' health history Set-up for procedures, prepare medications for the provider, and perform routine specimen collection and tests Assist provider as scribe to complete patient note, chief complaint, and review of systems, exam, assessment and treatment Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments Assist provider with medical treatments, procedures, and exams Obtain and record pathology results from Labs and distribute reports to providers Enter path results and prepare specimens as necessary Perform suture removals, and provide instructions on post-op wound care Give injections as directed Complete refill request and patient phone calls Other nursing duties as assigned by Manager and/or Provider Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; completion of a Nursing Program leading to a Registered Nurse State of Kansas Licensure. Excellent interpersonal skills/patient care Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times Additional Job Details Benefits offered: Paid time off, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision Insurance, Healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts such as Flexible spending accounts.
