Project Manager

Role: Project Manager Location: Davenport, IA Job Description Technical/Functional Skills • Extensive project management experience • Product owner/scrum master experience/certification • Experience in managing MES Implementations, Global Roll out and support programs. • Exp in handling budget, risk management, customer coordination, managing onsite-offshore team coordination. • Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Roles & Responsibilities • Should be able to help team in resolving issues related to development, rollout or support, enhancements. • Should have interact with SMEs / plant users / various stake holders for various project activities, planning and execution of the project. • Should have been part of MES deployment (for entire SDLC) which includes experience in planning, designing, architecting, configuring, developing, testing, implementation, integration with other applications, deployment, multi-site roll out, Support, etc. • Should be able to own production go live and hyper care support during implementation. • Experience working in onshore-offshore model Generic Managerial Skills • Good understanding of Industry Standards such as MESA, ISA95 etc. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps / MS Project • Good understanding of metal / manufacturing domain Operations • Desire to work in an IT system environment • Strong issue solving and analysis skills. • Strong stakeholder management experience • Interacting with client for the delivery, risk and budget management Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
