Full Time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Responsibilities: Inspect Current HVAC Systems: Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of customers' existing HVAC systems. Installation of HVAC Equipment: Perform precise installations of HVAC-related equipment following manufacturer's specifications. Cleaning, Adjusting, and Repairing Systems: Conduct cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on systems while also performing warranty services as needed. Compliance with Service Standards and Requirements: Adhere to established service standards, follow work instructions, and meet customers' specific requirements. Team Collaboration: Provide necessary support to team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, following management instructions. Client Guidance and Advice: Offer professional guidance and advice to clients in selecting the most suitable HVAC system, as well as providing input on system design and installation. Relationship Building: Foster cordial and collaborative working relationships with superiors and co-workers to maintain a positive team environment. Documentation and Paperwork: Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork required for each job, maintaining organized records. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems, including installation procedures. Ability to comply with service standards and work efficiently according to established procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to client properties as required.
