HVAC Technician

Dayton, OH Direct Hire Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 Bassett Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team. HVAC Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus. Responsibilities: Diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment Run service calls - repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills Maintain strong customer service Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed Qualifications: ???
