Position Summary: As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our dealership's financial success. You will manage the finance department, oversee all financial transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the financing process. Responsibilities: Manage the finance department's operations, including loan applications, credit approvals, and contract processing Negotiate with lenders to secure the best rates and terms for our customers Ensure compliance with all federal and state finance regulations Train and develop finance team members Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly Foster a positive and supportive work environment Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive finance management Strong understanding of finance principles and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in using dealership management systems Valid driver's license
