Controller

We are looking for a talented Controller to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic guidance. As the Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. Job Duties: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Manage the accounting team and oversee their daily activities. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. Coordinate audits and tax returns. Advise management on financial matters and provide strategic recommendations. Ideal Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry. CPA certification preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
