Position Overview: We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to handle a diverse caseload and is ready to hit the ground running on day one! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating for clients. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about case developments. Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and other professionals to build strong cases. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting personal injury claims. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active state bar license in Illinois 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law. Proven track record of successful case management and resolution. Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
