Automation Engineer/Architect (TOSCA) ( check desc)

Need to work in W2 Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 15 + years' experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance 12+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tricentis Tosca. Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation, such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams is mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams. Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is a mandatory. Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (QTest for Test Management, ADO for Features/User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, such as CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking systems.
