Responsibilities Scope: This role will help drive selected aspects of product life cycle management across these portfolios, including understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. This role will collaborate with marketers and cross function colleagues to implement tactics focused on the successful commercial launch, penetration, and profitability of the overall business globally. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director and working closely with the product team to drive product management and marketing efforts across the full product lifecycle. Supporting ongoing and new initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education and other cross-functional partners. Essential Functions & Accountabilities: Leadership Effectively partner with cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration and success Global & Local Strategy Alignment Understanding & prioritization of Customer needs Ability to effectively manage day-to-day business initiatives and to seek out clarity and guidance when needed Marketing Assess needs for marketing research and analysis, including voice of the customer (VOC) Identify important, non-obvious customer insights to impact messaging training and other aspects of the product strategy Participate in, and lead where possible, the development, testing and implementation of brand messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials Support the development of annual marketing plans and commercialization strategies Collaborate globally Effectively plan to ensure that top line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met, by contributing to the execution of brand strategies through various functional departments, and external vendors, and by recognizing the profitability and revenue impact of all business opportunities Strategy Learn and contribute to strategy across Clinical areas of responsibility Run analytics to understand and influence the health of the business Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and make recommendations on future strategic opportunities Support team in Product launch (Capital, Disposable, Software) strategy and execution Continually maintain portfolio prioritization and product strategy Ability to work collaboratively across all US corporate functions, including Sales, Supply Chain, Medical Education, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs and more Ability to work strategically with the Sales Organization to understand our internal-customer needs and to be acutely in tune with the Customer needs Willingness and curiosity to contribute to initiatives across CSI such as global campaigns, roadmap planning, etc. Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time Qualifications Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Able to execute against multiple high-pressure initiatives while delivering on committed timelines Experience with Medical Device products Comfortable working in ambiguous or high stress situations, challenging the status quo responsibly Track record of working collaboratively in a matrixed environment Proven track record of successful portfolio results Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal, time management and prioritization skills Demonstrated pattern of intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with colleagues both within the company and with all external stakeholders Work Environment: Prolonged sitting in front of a computer Hybrid work environment Experience: 1+ years of Commercial Medical Device experience (Sales, Marketing, Prof. Education, etc) Strong knowledge of the medical device space, specifically Women's Health Education: Bachelor's Degree required in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience Education preferred: Advanced degree, especially MBA in Marketing, General Management, or an advanced scientific degree As an employee of CooperSurgical, you'll receive an outstanding total compensation plan.
